My diverse career trajectory has shaped my expertise in the field and I have gained a vast wealth of expertise and knowledge which includes: 

• Sheep, crop and dairy farming.
• Five-years in Papua New Guinea, as Assistant General Manager overseeing agricultural supply stores, and in a helicopter company focusing on supply and logistics.
• Various farming roles, including farm management, ownership in a family farm, and the conversion of a dry-land sheep station into a large scale irrigated finishing block.
• General manager a five-farm 26,000 stock unit operation in the northern South Island.
• Acquisition and conversion of a dry stock property to an irrigated dairy equity partnership  into the venture.
• the instigation and development of and associated 800 hectare irrigation company.
• I have spent the best part of four years as a farm business specialist at Dairy NZ.
• Throughout this journey, I have continuously provided ad hoc consultancy services through word-of-mouth referrals.
