Throughout my career, I have gained extensive expertise across various facets of the agricultural industry:

- Sheep, crop, and dairy farming.

- Five years in Papua New Guinea, managing agricultural supply stores and working in logistics for a helicopter company.

- Roles in farm management,  family farm ownership, and the transformation of a dryland sheep station into a large-scale irrigated finishing block.

- General management of a five-farm, 26,000 stock unit operation in New Zealand’s northern South Island.

- Acquisition and development of a dry stock property into an irrigated dairy equity partnership.

- Founding and leading an 800-hectare irrigation company.

- Four years as a farm business specialist at Dairy NZ, complemented by ad hoc consultancy through word-of-mouth referrals.
