It begins with a round-table discussion, where we meet *face-to-face to dive into you and your unique businesses needs and objectives.

For those further afield, I can offer an online option to connect.

Both options generally take 1- 2  hours and are a free-of-charge service designed to delve into your unique needs and come up with a plan.

Following our initial round-table discussion, I will generate a brief report with feedback.

Following this, and once we begin working together my input it could include any of the following:

• A full farm system review of your business.
• A review of strategy and objectives with recommendations and an action plan.
• Ongoing, regular input at a strategic or governance level.
• A full financial review of the business with associated financial modelling.
• Farm team facilitation or people management advice.
• Project management such as irrigation, farm development projects, or due diligence on other business opportunities.
• A single piece of actionable work, such as; input into succession planning, assistance with a finance application, or advice on strategic direction. 

Your farm's success is my top priority, and each package is tailored to suit specific outcomes of the farm business requirements.
